Disneyland has really stepped up their Valentine’s Treats. In the past there would be Valentine’s Day inspired treats only offered on February 14th, but that all changed this year. Now through Feb 18th there is a long list of goodies you can get your hands on. We tackled a good majority of desserts being offered around Disneyland, that I want to share with you.
Trolley Treats at Disney California Adventure Park is a sweet shop (pun intended) on Buena Vista Street. Trolley Treats carries all kinds of freshly made treats from cake pops, caramel apples, toffee, fudge, cookies, to seasonal favorites. Most of the treats at Trolley Treats can be found at Candy Palace and Pooh Corner at Disneyland, and Marceline’s Confectionery in Downtown Disney District. I can’t stop myself from popping in every visit to the park.

Halloween Mickey Balloons on Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland
I have two favorite times of the year to be at Disneyland, Halloween and Christmas. The park is so magical during both Holiday seasons! My family and I have been going to Mickey’s Halloween Party annually for the past couple of years. We always come home with pounds and pounds of candy from trick-or-treating around the park. The kids love to wear their costumes and see so many creative costumes, including the characters all decked out for Halloween. Continue reading
I had the pleasure of spending the day at Disneyland on the actual 60th birthday of the Disney Park along with Jenny of Picky Palate. If you don’t know, Jenny has a feature on her blog about Disney Dining and a Instagram account called @disneyhungry, which are all about the fabulous eats and treats Disney has to offer. So last week when she reached out to me and asked if I wanted to meet her in Disneyland for a day of eating, shopping and going on rides I could not say no.
Typically when we go to Disneyland, I have my whole family with me, which I love (in case they are reading this), but it was neat to have a girls trip with just Jenny and myself. Since I often go with my husband and boys, you can imagine a day of mainly exploring food over rides at the park would not have been their ideal Disney experience, but I sure loved it!
